The APM II is a fully integrated monitoring solution, delivering high-speed, real-time feedback for applications where failure could result in catastrophic consequences (e.g. battery manufacturing, Monitoring of Pumps/Transformers/Heat-Exchangers, refinery flare monitoring). It can operate as a standalone unit or as part of a distributed edge computing infrastructure. It features significantly enhanced hardware performance, supporting modern industrial communication standards and enabling efficient, scalable deployments. Its compatibility with leading GigE vision systems ensures smooth integration into existing industrial automation and Industry 4.0 environments.
The system combines visual and infrared data to provide detailed thermographic analysis and clear process overviews. With intelligent alarm management and direct integration into automation systems, it detects critical thermal events early, preventing rapidly escalating incidents that could lead to explosions in high-risk applications such as battery systems. With a redesigned web-based user interface it allows intuitive configuration and secure access management, while flexible installation options make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
