How it Works
During the test process, the heating elements are activated using component-specific current. A high-performance infrared camera captures thermal images of the entire glass surface in real time, allowing full visibility of the heat distribution. The recorded data is processed and stored by the HW-Inspector software in a structured database, enabling detailed analysis and traceability. With flexible configuration options, including region-based evaluation, temperature variations can be precisely monitored. Any inconsistencies in heat distribution become immediately visible, allowing early identification of functional deviations. By combining infrared imaging with automated data acquisition and analysis, our HW-Inspector supports a reliable and efficient FAT process. It reduces manual effort while ensuring consistent and repeatable results across production. Optional integration of power units further extends the system, enabling component-specific energization and detailed logging of target and actual power values.
