The key advantage lies in laser line triangulation technology. While traditional scanning solutions deliver reliable profile data for many applications, complex edge geometries require additional depth information to achieve a complete understanding of the edge condition. On the hardware side, and thanks to our partnership with AT Sensors, the SE-Inspector uses the C6 Series 3D laser sensor, which provides detailed 3D visualization, even in demanding high-speed environments. On the software side, our platform designed in-house interprets the data for easy analysis.
High-speed inspection with maximum precision
Designed for continuous steel processing, the sensor achieves scanning speeds of up to 350 m/min, combining high measurement accuracy with the speed required for modern production lines. Potential defects are alerted in real time and can be identified at very early stages on the software, helping manufacturers reduce scrap, prevent process interruptions, and maintain consistent product quality. Because unlike reactive measures, true quality control should be proactive, before defects become critical problems.
