On the software side, our system can be adapted according to various requirements, such as different components and applications through its integrated recipe management. On the hardware side, the system operates with the CIR camera model, our recommended device for flawless vision at the press, even when complex shapes are involved.
Tool-specific test recipes can be stored and automatically selected during tool changes, reducing the need for manual intervention. For additional tool protection, the integrated Die Empty Check detects foreign objects on the tool surface. Thus, thanks to high level analysis and near instant reaction time, our PC-Inspector prevents the press from closing if positioning is wrong or foreign items are in the way, significantly increasing savings by reducing downtime.
