The Selmatec PH-Inspector, our customer favourite solution, offers the tracking you need for complete plant support. At it’s core, it provides advanced AI-ready thermal monitoring in real-time. This is strengthened with a module for Process Data Acquisition (PDA), capturing key process parameters and linking them directly to each blank. The result is a structured digital record of the production process that helps operators, engineers, and quality teams clearly understand the history of each blank, which helps to evaluate every stage of line.
Gain Full Traceability with Virtual ID or real Part Serial Nr
The core advantage of Process Data Acquisition (PDA) is traceability. It enables a complete data trail from start to finish, making it possible to track exactly what happened to every single component throughout the production process. The PH-Inspector goes one step further; internally, it uses a virtual part identifier for each component. Using camera-based methods, real batch codes or serial numbers can also be optionally assigned to the respective blanks; these are then enriched by being matched with the corresponding process data from the production line during the manufacturing process.
At the end of the process, a custom QR code label can be generated that contains all process data for that specific part (laboratory part), including temperature profiles for each phase, loading and unloading times, deviations, thermal mapping, and much more. This information can be exported in various formats or saved for further analysis.
